Due to increased precautionary measures and volume, carriers may experience unexpected delays. As a result, tracking updates are unlikely to be made during this time. We'd appreciate it if you could allow an additional 3-5 business days on top of the quoted transit time before contacting our Customer Support team. After the specified time frame, if you do not receive your order, please contact us, and we will investigate this for you further.
Additionally, due to the ongoing pandemic's unpredictability, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
