All of our inventory on Best Decorz is updated frequently so that our customer's experience is as seamless as possible. In order to accomplish this we source our inventory from several Suppliers , designers worldwide.

COVID DELAYS:

Due to increased precautionary measures and volume, carriers may experience  unexpected delays. As a result, tracking updates are unlikely to be made during this time. We'd appreciate it if you could allow an additional 3-5 business days on top of the quoted transit time before contacting our Customer Support team. After the specified time frame, if you do not receive your order, please contact us, and we will investigate this for you further.

Additionally, due to the ongoing pandemic's unpredictability, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Couriers work very hard to deliver packages to customers, however __ is largely out of control when it comes to delivery schedules. If your region is in a state of lockdown, please expect higher wait times for your package delivery.

 FULFILLMENT TIME:

Once your payment is confirmed, please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed. The team at the warehouse will handpick each order and inspect it thoroughly before shipping. Our products are packaged, boxed, and then placed into shipping envelopes to ensure a safe journey for you.

During sale periods and peak volumes during the holidays, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping.

We will email you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after your order has been processed and shipped. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder first or consult our FAQs for assistance.

We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
